Diet pills and safe medication
All the Albany Slimming clinics are registered either with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England or the Healthcare Inspectorate of Wales (HIW) to provide dietary advice and treatment. To gain and maintain our registration we have had to comply with the stringent quality and regulatory guidelines that any healthcare provider such as the NHS in England or Wales is required by law to do.
To be able to be treated with the appetite control tablets you will first need an appointment for a a face to face consultation with one of our Doctors who will take your medical history, discuss your diet, provide dietary advice and any treatment options that would be available to you
Diet pills that are proven to be safe
The appetite suppressant medication we use such as Phentermine and Diethylpropion has been tried and tested around the world for over 40 years and they are still available worldwide. In that time they have proven themselves to be safe and effective: we have used the same medication to treat thousands of patients since opening our first clinic 30 years ago. The vast majority of our new patients are referred to us by friends who have already been to us.
